Security disclosures

If you've found a vulnerability, please email us directly — do not open a public GitHub issue. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to patch and credit reporters within 30 days. Responsible disclosure is appreciated; we do not offer bug bounties at this time but we do publicly thank researchers (with permission) in our changelog.

For custom volume pricing, dedicated infrastructure, SSO integration, SLA contracts, or anything above our published Enterprise tier. Please include your approximate wallet count, chains of interest, and compliance requirements in the first email so we can route you efficiently.

Abuse and takedowns

Report accounts that appear to be harassing, doxxing, or evading sanctions via ChainArmor. Include the account email (if you have it), the wallet addresses involved, and any relevant evidence. We investigate every report and aim to act within three business days.
