Frequently asked questions
Can I use both Verify and Monitor together?
Yes, and many customers do. Use Verify for one-off due diligence before high-value transfers, and Monitor to watch the wallets you already own. They share the same backend risk engine, blacklist database, and proximity index — the difference is the packaging and pricing model.
What chains do you support?
TRON and Ethereum at launch (USDT and USDC contracts on both). BSC, Polygon, and Arbitrum are on the near-term roadmap. If you need a specific chain that isn't listed, contact us.
Do I need an account for Verify?
No. You can land on the Verify page, paste an address, pay via Stripe, and receive the report by email — entirely anonymous. We do create a hidden account behind the scenes so you can sign in later via magic link if you want to view past reports, but it's not required upfront.
How does the proximity index work?
For every address on the live blacklist, we index up to 200 addresses within one transaction hop. When you scan a wallet, we check whether any of its counterparties appear in that proximity index — even if those counterparties aren't directly blacklisted themselves. This catches "guilt by association" risk that direct blacklist checking misses.
Is the 3-day trial really free?
Yes, no credit card required. You sign up with email only, get every Pro feature for 3 days, and at the end of the trial your account auto-converts to the Free tier (1 wallet, 24-hour alert delay). You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time during or after the trial.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your wallet monitoring stops immediately. We retain your scan history for 90 days in case you reactivate, then permanently delete it. We never index personal information beyond your email address, and we never share data with third parties.
Do you offer refunds on Verify?
Yes, for failed scans (e.g. if our blockchain provider is down or returns invalid data). For successful scans where you simply changed your mind, contact us within 24 hours and we'll review case by case. We don't refund 100-pack bundles after the first 10 checks have been used.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed via Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Bank transfers and crypto payments are available for Enterprise + Compliance Officer customers — contact us.
